Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be processed and dispatched, usually within 1-2 days.

UK
Items within the UK will be shipped with Yodel. Our standard UK delivery is 3-5 days. Orders within the UK over £10 will receive free delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
For international deliveries, we use different courier services with standard delivery being 2-9 working days. We cannot accept any responsibility for products imported into other countries, and purchases are made at your own risk. Small Giants cannot give refunds on any undelivered international purchases and we recommend using our tracked delivery option to avoid any potential disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE
Small Giants does not add on any handling fee to you. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are not included in the product cost.

We do not offer returns on foods, drinks or merchandise but if you aren’t happy with your order or the service, please email [email protected] and we will do all we can to help.

For eatsmallgiants.com customers only: If you don’t 100% love your Small Giants products, we’ll give you a refund on your first case (up to 8 packs). Refunds are eligible within 2 months of the order date

Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so, unfortunately, we cannot cancel deliveries. It will arrive with you and if you are still unsatisfied, email [email protected], as above.

We accept payment online by Maestro, Electron, Visa, and MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In fact we never see any of the card number ourselves.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
