Our natural cricket flour contains 77% high-quality protein for efficient muscle building, all essential amino acids, and high levels of vitamins and minerals. Crickets require drastically less water, land, feed and energy than traditional animal protein sources, they are a sustainable superfood!
HOW TO USE? Thanks to its incredible nutritional values (77% protein content) you only need to add a small quantity to your recipes. The ratio varies among recipes, we suggest using up to 20% cricket flour in the mix. Cricket flour can be used in almost any dish to make it more nutritious, boosting its protein and micronutrient content.
