L’ho trovata gradevole e adatta a tanti tipi di preparazioni proteiche, non mi sono assolutamente sentita a disagio nell’utilizzo di queste nuove proteine, è una valida alternativa alle altre.

Prodotto molto buono, lo ho usato per fare biscotti e piadine, un gusto che migliora e non peggiora la pietanza.
