Our natural cricket flour contains 77% high-quality protein for efficient muscle building, all essential amino acids, and high levels of vitamins and minerals. Crickets require drastically less water, land, feed and energy than traditional animal protein sources, they are a sustainable superfood!

HOW TO USE? Thanks to its incredible nutritional values (77% protein content) you only need to add a small quantity to your recipes. The ratio varies among recipes, we suggest using up to 20% cricket flour in the mix. Cricket flour can be used in almost any dish to make it more nutritious, boosting its protein and micronutrient content.

Prodotto SUPER ed ottima esperienza di acquisto!

Ho acquistato la farina di grillo, incuriosito dalla ricchezza di proteine complete di tutti gli aminoacidi essenziali e sostenibili, di vitamina B12 e ferro.
Sono molto attento alla sostenibilità ambientale e all'impatto che un prodotto può avere sul nostro pianeta e la farina di grillo risponde a questi requisiti, più di tante altre proteine di origine animale.
Nel giro di 36 ore dalla conferma d'ordine ho ricevuto il prodotto. Proverò presto anche gli altri prodotti Small Giants.

Prodotto molto buono, lo ho usato per fare biscotti e piadine, un gusto che migliora e non peggiora la pietanza. Ottimo prodotto

Provata la polvere di buffalo worms nella preparazione di vari dolci come biscotti, cookies, pancakes, nella misura del 10-15%. Gusto neutro. Visti i valori nutrizionali mi auguro una maggiore diffusone dei prodotti a base di questi insetti.
