After I introduced cricket crackers a few months ago, my family was not surprised to find crisp bakes with worm meal in the pantry. They taste great and led to un unexpected twist: my daughter, an ecologically-motivated vegetarian, is happy to eat them too. This means that we can prepare mainly vegetarian meals with an added source of sustainable protein. Everyone’s happy with this tasty addition to our menu!

I bought the new kind of products with chocolate and dried fruit and brought that to the office, to my colleagues. I did not tell them what it is made of, but I told them in advance, carefully, the risks for people that have allergies.
They liked the new food very very much and I liked it as well, a lot.
