Our mix is super easy to prepare: simply add water and oil, and shape it as you desire. Burgers? Absolutely! Nuggets or meatballs? Of course! How to use it?
Explore all the recipes from our chefs in the dedicated section of our website! From burgers to wraps, gyoza, and chicken curry, the flavor combinations are endless!

  1. In a bowl, add 250 ml of water and 10 ml of oil to the Easy Mix and mix it thoroughly.
  2. Shape the dough into your preferred form, whether it’s burgers or meatballs. Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté your creation with oil for approximately 3 minutes per side until they turn golden brown

Burger buoni

Con l'Easy mix "beef style" ho prepareato dei burger da mettere nei panini. La preparazione è veloce e semplice.

Sul piano del gusto e della consistenza sono comparabili a dei burger vegetariani (come dei burger di ceci per esempio), quindi pienamente godibili ma purtroppo inferiori a un classico burger di manzo (secondo il mio gusto).

Nel complesso per gusto e sostenibilità, tra tutte le opzioni disponibili, penso che sia il miglior sostituto della carne.
