How to use it?

- In a bowl, add 250 ml of water and 10 ml of oil to the Easy Mix and mix it thoroughly.
- Shape the dough into your preferred form, whether it’s burgers or meatballs. Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté your creation with oil for approximately 3 minutes per side until they turn golden brown

Con l'Easy mix "beef style" ho prepareato dei burger da mettere nei panini. La preparazione è veloce e semplice.
Sul piano del gusto e della consistenza sono comparabili a dei burger vegetariani (come dei burger di ceci per esempio), quindi pienamente godibili ma purtroppo inferiori a un classico burger di manzo (secondo il mio gusto).
Nel complesso per gusto e sostenibilità, tra tutte le opzioni disponibili, penso che sia il miglior sostituto della carne.
