BUFFALO BURGER BUN

If you want to fall in love with insect-based burgers, this is the right recipe. A delicious sandwich with an oriental inspiration, accompanies a burger based on Easy Mix. Get ready to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 hamburger buns 320 g
  • Small Giants Easy Mix – beef flavor 160g
  • Tikka masala sauce (dried tomatoes, coconut oil, garlic, ginger, onion, curry, sugar, raspberry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, peppers) to taste
  • Red onions ripening in umeboshi vinegar
  • Salad to taste
  • Evo oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked bran pepper powder to taste
  • Salted butter to taste
PREPARATION

Prepare the tikka masala by cooking all the ingredients in a pan, then blend leaving the coarse sauce.

Blank the red onion cut into wedges in acidulated and sugared water for about 30 seconds. Drain and leave to mature in umeboshi vinegar for 1-2 days.

Prepare the burger with the Easy Mix by adding boiling water, oil and bran pepper powder. Leave to rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Brown the bread in a pan with a little salted butter and set aside.

Cook the burger until golden brown.

Assemble the sandwich by placing the tikka masala sauce on the bottom and top of the sandwich. Place the salad on the bottom, place the hamburger on top and add the onions to the umeboshi, finally close the sandwich.
