So, after the crackers, I also wanted to try these and I'm happy I did: otherwise I wouldn't have felt so different from those who - prejudicially - write feeling original "Man is not a bird, it's better to die of hunger than to fill myself with rubbish , there are no data regarding contraindications".
They are good, crunchy just right and the aromas are delicate; I also found them very suitable as an aperitif (but tastes, as we know, are personal).
Maybe we won't save the planet with so little; certainly he will not be saved by those who are not curious, those who do not cross the threshold of his cave and do not venture out.

After having already tried the other products I was just waiting for the insects to arrive too whole, perhaps a little too salty but still delicious. The interesting experiment is also to offer them to colleagues and friends and see those who manage to overcome the initial repulsion remain satisfied with the experience :) I hope to find more in the future!

Which insects do you use?
We use Acheta domesticus (cricket) and Tenebrio molitor (larva) flours. These are the species currently authorized and certified safe for humans by EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority.
Do they contain allergens?
People allergic to shellfish or house dust mites should avoid consuming insect-based products. Although the correlation between these is not yet certain, as a precautionary principle we recommend avoiding the consumption of our products in this case. what if I don't like the products?
We offer a money back guarantee for up to one box of products (e.g. 8 packets of crackers, or 1kg of pasta, or 20 Protein Bars ) if requested within 30 days of shipment.
How long does shipping take?
In most cases in Italy orders arrive between 24 and 48 hours. In the case of periods where requests are particularly high, it is possible that shipping may take a few more days. Shipping times for countries other than Italy depend on the destination country.
