Which insects do you use?

We use Acheta domesticus (cricket) and Tenebrio molitor (larva) flours. These are the species currently authorized and certified safe for humans by EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority.

Do they contain allergens?

People allergic to shellfish or house dust mites should avoid consuming insect-based products. Although the correlation between these is not yet certain, as a precautionary principle we recommend avoiding the consumption of our products in this case. For traditional allergens, see ingredients at the top of the page.

what if I don't like the products?

We offer a money back guarantee for up to one box of products (e.g. 8 packets of crackers, or 1kg of pasta, or 20 Protein Bars) if requested within 30 days of shipment.

How long does shipping take?

In most cases in Italy orders arrive between 24 and 48 hours. In the case of periods where requests are particularly high, it is possible that shipping may take a few more days. Shipping times for countries other than Italy depend on the destination country.

Al momento il migliore tra i prodotti che proponete. Questa passa rimane soda anche con la cottura ed è molto saporita anche scondita, in modo simile alla pasta di farro. Continuate così!

Ottima pasta

Davvero buona la pasta, non si sente differenza con la pasta integrale tradizionale, inoltre non scuoce.

Buona ma solo se non siete troppo pignoli

La pasta per alcuni è sacra e se siete abituati a mangiare quella di qualità (vedi Voiello o Molisana) con lunghi periodi di essiccazione, questa non sarà all'altezza mi spiace. Ma se la considerate come un qualcosa di "speciale" allora è un ottimo piatto alternativo. Il sapore è pressocchè inalterato....a seconda del condimento sentirete quello. La consistenza si avvicina alla classica pasta da discount. Tiene abbastanza bene la cottura ma vi consiglio di controllare più volte se è pronta secondo i vostri gusti che basta nulla e si scuoce. Detto questo, prodotto interessante :)
