which insects do you use?
We use flours from Acheta domesticus (cricket) and Tenebrio molitor (mealworm). These are the species currently authorized and certified safe for human consumption by EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority.
do they contain allergens?
People allergic to shellfish and dust mites should avoid consuming insect-based products. Although the correlation is not yet certain, as a precautionary measure we recommend avoiding our products in this case. For traditional allergens, please check the ingredients at the top of the page.
What if I don't like the products?
We offer a money-back guarantee for up to one box of products (e.g., 8 packs of crackers, or 1kg of pasta, or 20 bars) if requested within 30 days of shipment.
How long does the shipping take?
In most cases in Italy, orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours. During periods of particularly high demand, shipping may take a few extra days. Shipping times for countries outside Italy depend on the destination country.
