Refund policy

Under EU law on the right of withdrawal (14 days), you may return Small Giants products only if the packaging is still perfectly sealed, intact and unopened, for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection. Once the seal is broken or the package is opened, the right of withdrawal lapses immediately.

Valid only for customers of eatsmallgiants.com: if you don't love your Small Giants products 100%, we'll refund your first box (up to a maximum of 8 packs). Refunds under our Happiness Guarantee can be requested within 30 days of the order date (whether or not the products have been opened).

Cancellations

Our orders are processed and shipped very quickly. You can request to cancel your order directly from your customer account before it is picked up by the warehouse and fulfilled. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can't cancel it; in that case, if you're not satisfied when you receive it, please write to us at hello@eatsmallgiants.com.
