which insects do you use?
We use flours from Acheta domesticus (cricket) and Tenebrio molitor (larva). These are the species currently authorized and certified safe for humans by EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority.

People allergic to shellfish and dust mites should avoid consuming insect-based products. Although the correlation is not yet certain, as a precautionary principle, we recommend avoiding the consumption of our products in this case. what if I don't like the products?

How long does the shipping take?
