Born from a collaboration with Foreverland (a young Italian company, just like us). They're protein snacks with a peanut and chocolate flavour (but without cocoa!), enriched with our yeast protein — complete and highly digestible — and coated in Choruba®, the cocoa-free chocolate created by Foreverland from Italian carob using an innovative process. Choruba® is made with traditional chocolate-making methods to guarantee the best quality, taste and appearance, and is an alternative ingredient to cocoa. Thanks to Small Giants nutritional yeast, this plant-based snack is high in protein. The pack contains 3 single portions of 25g each.

It's not an animal, and technically it's not a plant either: it's a microscopic fungus. As it ferments, it produces complete protein, rich in fibre and vitamins.

What does it taste like?
On its own (grated topping, Crunchy Puffs) it has a naturally umami, cheesy taste. When only the protein is isolated, the flavour turns neutral: that's why it goes into pasta and taralli without changing their taste.

Is it the same yeast as in pizza?
The very same, but don't worry: nobody rises like dough on the sofa. It's a microscopic fungus that, as it ferments, produces complete protein, rich in fibre and vitamins.

How do I use it?
Sprinkle the grated topping on your pasta dishes instead of cheese, or munch on the Crunchy Puffs: at aperitivo time they're perfect for dipping in guacamole.
